Description

New Project I started to get myself back into drawing and using Photoshop (there are something's you just don't forget).

The Project is basically taking Marvel Characters and applying them to the MCU using the same art style as seen in the animated series "Avengers Assemble".

characters who already exist within the MCU will largely remain untouched however those who do not/ have not worn a costume yet will result in some type of amalgam of their existing Comic book looks.

This is Wraith (Invisible Woman) aka. Susan "Sue" Storm-Richards. The Movie rights to Invisible Woman and the other members of the Fantastic Four are currently owned by 20th Century Fox and as such
has not yet made any appearance within the MCU so this is mearly a concept based on several references and designs of the characater.

this version of the character is based on Emilia Clarke

I have re-designed Inivisble Woman before as to make her and the Fantastic Four more relevant after 3 failed movie franchises and axed comic book lines

Invisible Woman Re-Design

Description below:
Due to the pulling of Fantastic Four Comic lines within the Marvel Comic continuity, I have decided to create several re-designs for the characters as well as re-vamping their back story as a ploy to draw interest back to the Marvel's First Family, The FF intrigue me as they are the only humans within Marvel that I know of who have abilities, this is an element I would want to keep in place as it would be intriguing to explore why this is. I would however like to change how they each got their abilities (originally a cosmic storm) to maybe, a strange object appears into earth's orbit, they are selected as they crew who goes up in the shuttle to investigate each of them being trained astronauts thus creating a reason for each of them to be there. the object reacts to their presence and radiates them in an unknown energy thus giving them their abilities.

In terms of style for the project I will be using a Disney-esk look whilst adding my own flare and traits to each character.

With Sue Storm, I would make her shy and social awkward, kinda feeling like she is invisible but upon gaining her powers becomes much more confident, this would be in contrast to her brother Johnny who is head strong and confident. Her abilities would begin with invisibility with minor force field generation to being able to make others invisible and to phase through solid matter, Astral projection, empathy and even telepathy and telekinesis. I would also want to change her hero name as "Invisible Woman" is a little on the nose and was created at a time when Comics were not taken as seriously as they are today. Her relationship with Reed would be intact as it is deep rooted in the lore however it would be modernised and made to feel natural. Ben would be protective of Sue as he would have defended her in the past from harm. with the clothes/ uniforms reacting to abilities, I would have them take on the properties of the holder/ wearer due to the nature of the energy that bestowed the abilities upon the FF, this would spread to objects that the team would interact with i.e. stretching / re-shaping them, turning them invisible, setting them on fire, encasing them in stone.
